The defense is cross-examining the complainant's statements today in a sexual assault trial involving five former players on Canada's World Junior Hockey Team.
One of the lawyers representing Michael McLeod told the court on Tuesday that the complainant asked other players to come to the hotel room after having sex with McLeod.
The woman, whose identity is being withheld under a publication ban, said she doesn't remember anything like that and doesn't think she said anything. She previously testified that when the players started coming to her room, she was naked and scared and felt she had no choice.
McLeod and his former teammates Carter Hart, Alex Formenton, Dylan Dube and Kellan Foote have pleaded not guilty to any charges in the June 2018 case.
